Zanim przypomnę problemy MASZ (Młodzieżowa Akademia Szachowa) z własnych doświadczeń, najpierw wrócę do pewnych spraw, które już dawno omawiałem na blogu. Jest jednak sens tego, gdyż zaglądają tutaj ciągle nowe osoby, które w korespondencji prywatnej zadają mi różne pytania. Dlaczego mam zatem odpowiadać tylko indywidualnie, skoro mogę się tymi szkoleniowymi kwestiami podzielić (albo przypomnieć) w szerszej przestrzeni!
Pisałem już w przeszłości, że jako początkujący trener miałem kilka marzeń, m.in. wyjaśnienie problemu: dlaczego nie mamy szachistów (szachistek) światowego formatu i dlaczego jesteśmy najsłabsi w obozie tzw. krajów socjalistycznych (Związek Radziecki, Czechosłowacja, NRD, Rumunia, Bułgaria, Węgry oraz Jugosławia).
To wyjaśniłem już dawno i o tym pisałem w różnych publikacjach. To nie była kwestia inteligencji zawodników (zawodniczek), tylko braku logicznego programu szkolenia! I w tym był szkopuł, że ustępowaliśmy wyszkoleniem i wynikami innym krajom. A potencjał był, co wskazywały pewne sukcesy. Przecież Polacy (Polki) nie są głupszym narodem np. od Rosjan (Rosjanek).
My potrafimy też grać w szachy na światowym poziomie, co pokazały wcześniejsze wyniki Radosława Wojtaszka i ostatnio Jana Krzysztofa Dudy!
Nie jestem jedynym trenerem-marzycielem. Kilka lat temu pisałem, że oglądałem w programie Dzień Dobry TVN wystąpienie sławnego trenera piłkarskiego Jacka Gmocha, który m.in. reklamował książkę:
Najlepszy trener na świecie. Wywiad rzeka z Jackiem Gmochem.
Tytuł książki uzasadnił on tezą: Trenerzy muszą marzyć, że są najlepszymi w świecie. Inaczej nie nadają się na trenera.
Takich „mocno ambitnych” marzeń oczywiście nigdy nie miałem, ale zawsze starałem się być solidnym szkoleniowcem i przekazywać swoim podopiecznym wiedzę, którą zdobyłem w trakcie wieloletnich studiów nad szachami. Czyniłem to, także dalej, w swoich licznych publikacjach (książki i artykuły)!
