On 22 Febr there is a chess historical time in Budapest. Mr IGM CZEBE moved with his VEZÉRKÉPZŐ tournament to the Budapest Danubius hotel, to the venue of the FIRST SATURDAY tournaments.
This way the GM-IM tournament system became united, two weeks chess – two weeks chess in a month – a TOTAL CHESS.

Mistrz świata Magnus Carlsen został niespodziewanie pokonany przez Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa w internetowym turnieju szachów szybkich Airthings Masters.
16-latek uważany jest w Indiach za wielki talent szachowy i był najmłodszym uczestnikiem turnieju.
Po partii cudowne dziecko z Indii poczuło ulgę: „Jestem bardzo szczęśliwy” i dodał: „Myślę, że mogę iść spać”.
